1. Nature of Services

• A facilitator of farm stays and hosted rural experiences

• A seller and lessor of Highland cattle and related livestock

• A franchising and farm partnership brand

• A marketing and operational support provider for participating farms

Certain services may be fulfilled directly by Havenfield. Other services may be provided by independent farm partners operating under the Havenfield brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to:

• Book farm stays or experiences

• Purchase or lease livestock

• Enter franchise or partnership agreements

3. Bookings & Payments

Farm Stays & Experiences

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• Payment may be processed through third-party booking platforms (including Airbnb or other providers) or directly through Havenfield.

• Cancellation policies will be clearly stated at time of booking.

• Havenfield reserves the right to cancel bookings due to weather, safety concerns, animal welfare, or unforeseen farm conditions.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, service fees, and platform fees may apply.

4. Agritourism Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in farm activities involves inherent risks.

By booking or attending any Havenfield experience, you acknowledge:

• Farms are working agricultural environments.

• Livestock, uneven terrain, equipment, insects, and weather conditions present inherent risks.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Havenfield and its farm partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from inherent agritourism risks.

Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to arrival.

5. Animal Interaction Policy

Guests must:

• Follow all staff instructions

• Refrain from aggressive, unsafe, or unsupervised interaction with animals

• Supervise children at all times

Havenfield reserves the right to remove any guest who fails to comply with safety guidelines without refund.

6. Livestock Sales & Leasing

Sales

• All livestock sales are subject to written contracts.

• Health records and registration documentation will be provided where applicable.

• Buyer assumes responsibility upon transfer.

Leasing

• Leasing arrangements require separate written agreements.

• Lessees must maintain appropriate fencing, veterinary care, and farm conditions.

• Havenfield reserves inspection rights when cattle are under lease.

No guarantees are made regarding future breeding outcomes, market values, or profitability unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

7. Franchise & Farm Partner Relationships

Havenfield may offer franchising, licensing, or partnership opportunities.

• All franchise relationships are governed by separate legal agreements.

• Nothing on this website constitutes a formal offer of a franchise in jurisdictions where registration is required.

• Financial projections, where presented, are illustrative only and not guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Branding

• Logos

• Copywriting

• Photography

• Design assets

• Operational frameworks

Are the intellectual property of Havenfield or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Farm partners may not use Havenfield branding outside the scope of their agreement.

Havenfield may use third-party platforms for:

We are not responsible for errors, outages, or policy changes made by these platforms.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy displayed at booking.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Removal due to misconduct

• Weather conditions typical of rural environments unless otherwise agreed.

11. Code of Conduct

12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
